Below is our annual membership/renewal form. Print it out, fill it in and send it with a cheque or money order to our Treasurer to ensure that you are up-to-date with your membership fees. Alternatively, you can bring the completed form to the next Schubertiade you attend. Please be sure to fill everything out. Especially don't forget to sign it otherwise your application is invalid and cannot be processed.

Membership entitles you to come to our functions for the membership entry fee.
